Teleperformance stands as a prominent global leader in digital business services, boasting a workforce of over 410,000 professionals spanning across 170 countries. Despite these impressive figures, they recognize the importance of individuality within their organization. Tasked with the mission of creating a distinct profile for their Nordic offices, an effort was made to underscore their commitment to champion each employee's unique skill set.

In collaboration with photographer Faramarz Gosheh, Teleperformance employees assumed the central role in the creation of the new brand materials, acknowledging their invaluable contributions. Each unique team member was complemented by a distinctive backdrop. This was made possible through the development of a generative design system, capable of generating personalized versions of Teleperformance's brand gradients for each and every member of their extensive team (all 410,000).
